By accessing or using SWIV, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Use SWIV lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass others, share unlawful or harmful content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse location or safety features, scrape data, or use SWIV to facilitate dangerous or illegal conduct.
4. Nightlife, Venues, and Events
SWIV helps users discover third-party venues, events, offers, and ticket opportunities. Listings may change, and we do not control third-party operations, admission decisions, availability, safety practices, pricing, or cancellations. Confirm important details directly with the relevant venue, organizer, or ticket provider.
5. Safety and Responsible Use
SWIV is not an emergency service and optional safety features are not a substitute for contacting emergency responders. Never drink and drive. Follow local laws, venue rules, age restrictions, and the directions of emergency personnel. If immediate help is needed, contact local emergency services.
6. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content to SWIV, you grant us a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the service, subject to your settings and applicable law. You must have the rights needed to share your content.
7. Service Availability and Disclaimers
SWIV may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, specific social outcomes, venue access, or the reliability of information supplied by users or third parties.
8. Limitation, Changes, and Contact
